Fact: Costco Web Pharmacy never advised me that one of my
medications was found to cause liver failure. The manufacturer
had issued a "black box" warning—the
most serious health warning they can post. This medication is no
longer prescribed in Europe, similar efforts are underway in the
USA, and there are even class action lawsuit websites." |

Costco Web Pharmacy still has Serzone in my account.
They NEVER warned me.
The Costco Web Pharmacy never alerted me to this

"I thought the Pharmacist was
supposed to tell me about lower priced generics. But Costco Web
Pharmacy kept selling me Glucotrol xl 10mg @$75.47/100. They never
told me that Glipizide 10mg @$19.29/100 is the same thing, but not
time release. But it is so cheap who cares? Then I found out
from my doctor something really scary the pharmacist never told me!
Glucotrol makes you resistant to insulin
and so should not be taken
for very long. Gee, good thing I ask a lot of questions..."

| "Web Pharmacy sent anonymous
email to me on several occasions to deny refills, even though they
were already pre-authorized. No person attributed their name to the
scant two sentences. No phone, no fax #, no address, they did not
name my doctor, or reference my prescription #—nothing to verify it
was even being sent to the correct person..." |

the most serious one they can post on a medication. Costco never
told me that this had happened. |

Warnings that should be placed at the online Web
Pharmacy

Costco Web Pharmacy should immediately post the following
warnings on the Costco website:

• You may receive anonymous email from Web Pharmacy that cannot be
verified since it will not contain a name, the address of the
pharmacy, or a fax number. Web Pharmacy may or may not reply to your
email at its choosing.

• Web Pharmacy does not wish you to know where it is located, the
names or ID#s of its employees; does not want you to have access to
its fax numbers, and will not provide a USPS address.
